• Can develop and implement a weekly marketing plan
• Can create proposals, presentations, correspondence, RFP's using MS Word, Excel and Publisher, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Can support a team of commercial real estate brokers through preparing/updating sales reports, database management, transaction management, and more
• thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
• has excellent oral and written communications skills
