Calgaryofficespace.ca is owned and operated by CORE Commercial Real Estate Ltd. (“CORE”).  CORE is a Calgary based boutique firm of experienced leasing and investment sales professionals.  Our firm provides commercial real estate services including tenant representation, lease negotiation, lease reviews, cost reduction strategies, and operating cost reviews in the Calgary and surrounding area. 

CORE is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. To understand how we use the information you provide to us, and to approve the use of that information, we have provided important information below. 

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully in order to understand how any PERSONAL IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION collected by us is used.

In the handling of your information, we follow a policy of “informed consent”.  Users who do not give this consent (or do not have this consent provided on their behalf) cannot provide us with their Personal Identifiable Information and cannot use the Site.

6.   Who is collecting information?

• When you are on a Calgaryofficespace.ca site and are asked for Personal Identifiable Information, you are sharing that information with Calgaryofficespace.ca alone unless it is specifically stated otherwise.

This information may include the content you view, the date and time that you view this content, the products you purchase, or your location information associated with your IP address. We use the information we and these third party service providers collect to serve you more relevant advertisements regarding 3P Learning resources (referred to as “retargeting”). We collect information about where you saw the ads and what ads you clicked on. This is data that does not personally or directly identify you.

• When agreeing to the Term and Conditions, Users grant us the right to use this anonymous information for our own purposes, such as the preparation of statistical reports or to change the content of our products.

We will keep your Personal Identifiable Information confidential and not sell or knowingly divulge your information to advertisers or any external third parties, unless:

• we are required to share your information with a third party in order to comply with law, regulation, legal process, court order or subpoena;
• to enforce our Terms & Conditions;
• in connection with any transaction involving our companies or assets, where another party acquires ownership or operation of the Site, in which case that successor organization will be subject to this Privacy Policy; or to protect the safety and security of our Users and our Site.
• If third parties act on our behalf, we require them to hold, use and disclose your Personal Identifiable Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy obligations.  We require that third parties do not use the data for commercial purposes.

HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE THAT AS PART OF ITS PRIVACY POLICY CORE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TAKE ANY ACTION WITH RESPECT TO YOUR PERSONAL IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION WHICH WE, IN OUR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, DEEM NECESSARY OR APPROPRIATE IF SUCH INFORMATION MAY CREATE A LIABILITY FOR US OR MAY CAUSE US TO LOSE ALL OR PART OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED TO US BY OUR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS OR OTHER SUPPLIERS.

8.   What are my choices regarding collection, use, and distribution of my information?

• Calgaryofficespace.ca may, from time to time, send you e-mail regarding our services. In addition, if you indicated upon registration that you are interested in receiving offers or information from Calgaryofficespace.ca, we may occasionally send you direct mail about services which we feel may be of interest to you. Only Calgaryofficespace.ca (or agents working on behalf of Calgaryofficespace.ca under confidentiality agreements) will send you these direct mailings. At any time you can easily edit your Calgaryofficespace.ca account information to no longer receive such offers and mailings.

• We also expect all our employees and contractors to comply with this Privacy Policy, and we will take appropriate actions to address breaches by employees and contractors of the obligations imposed by this Privacy Policy.
• When you give Calgaryofficespace.ca Personal Identifiable Information, that information may be sent electronically to servers outside of the country or jurisdiction where you originally entered the information. In addition, that information may be used, stored and processed outside of the country where you entered that information. 12.   Revision of Privacy Policy

• CORE reserves the right to change, modify, or revise this Privacy Policy in order to comply with any applicable laws, to reflect changes in our processes or for any other reason at any time. Therefore our Users are required to check the Privacy Policy periodically to read about any changes, modifications, or revisions. Users may wish to check it each time they submit Personal Identifiable Information. You will be deemed to have consented to such variation by your continued use of the Site following any changes being made to the site.
