CORE is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. To understand how we use the information you provide to us, and to approve the use of that information, we have provided important information below.

6. Who is collecting information?

We collect information about where you saw the ads and what ads you clicked on. This is data that does not personally or directly identify you.
When agreeing to the Term and Conditions, Users grant us the right to use this anonymous information for our own purposes, such as the preparation of statistical reports or to change the content of our products.
We will keep your Personal Identifiable Information confidential and not sell or knowingly divulge your information to advertisers or any external third parties, unless:
- we are required to share your information with a third party in order to comply with law, regulation, legal process, court order or subpoena;
- to enforce our Terms & Conditions;
- in connection with any transaction involving our companies or assets, where another party acquires ownership or operation of the Site, in which case that successor organization will be subject to this Privacy Policy; or to protect the safety and security of our Users and our Site.
- If third parties act on our behalf, we require them to hold, use and disclose your Personal Identifiable Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy obligations. We require that third parties do not use the data for commercial purposes.
HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE THAT AS PART OF ITS PRIVACY POLICY CORE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TAKE ANY ACTION WITH RESPECT TO YOUR PERSONAL IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION WHICH WE, IN OUR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, DEEM NECESSARY OR APPROPRIATE IF SUCH INFORMATION MAY CREATE A LIABILITY FOR US OR MAY CAUSE US TO LOSE ALL OR PART OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED TO US BY OUR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS OR OTHER SUPPLIERS.
8. What are my choices regarding collection, use, and distribution of my information?
- Calgaryofficespace.ca may, from time to time, send you e-mail regarding our services. In addition, if you indicated upon registration that you are interested in receiving offers or information from Calgaryofficespace.ca, we may occasionally send you direct mail about services which we feel may be of interest to you.
