Lori King is an Executive Vice President at CORE Commercial Real Estate. She has represented clients in both the public and private sectors, including local, national, and international organizations from various sectors, including oil & gas, engineering, and financial. She has also been actively involved in the planning phase of numerous development projects. Lori was a senior consultant on the asset management team for two large development and holding corporations; this has given her the knowledge and experience to understand the landlord and tenant perspectives when resolving complex real estate issues. Lori’s ability to articulate market trends, find value, and reduce risk and cost in investment and leasing transactions has allowed her clients to shape and implement long-term, cost-effective real estate solutions.
